Las Brisas, one of the Costa del Sol’s classic members’ clubs, needs a Pro Shop Manager to run retail, bookings, and first impressions.
What you’ll do
- Run the shop end to end: buying, merchandising, stock control, and margin
- Manage green fee bookings and member tee times at the front desk
- Build the club’s own-label apparel range with our brand partners
- Lead a team of three shop and reception staff
What we’re looking for
- Retail management experience, golf retail strongly preferred
- Confident with stock systems and comfortable owning a buying budget
- Spanish and English both required
- A genuine interest in golf equipment and club fitting
